Stillmark is an early stage VC firm investing out of our second fund.

Our initial capital commitment is typically between $250,000 and $3,000,000 but can be adjusted up or down to fit the dynamics of your financing. We’ll often invest additional capital in subsequent financings and when we invest, we commit to be your partner for the long term - through both the good times and the bad.

We have a depth of venture experience and have worked with hundreds of founders over the years. That means that we know there will be kinks (or more) to work out along your entrepreneurial journey and we aren’t scared to hear the gory details. We’re here to back you up.

We roll up our sleeves alongside you when doing so can help accelerate growth, knock down roadblocks, or smooth out a challenge. We’ll leverage our network for your benefit, including to help you fill a financing round with the best, most useful investors in the field.
